My Diving Journey started at the end of 2022 when I contacted Paul at Bespoke scuba to book my PADI Open water course. My wife and I were due to go on our honeymoon to Mexico in December and I
was eager to learn how to dive in order to see some of the amazing underwater sites whilst we were away.
Whilst away, I soon came to the realisation that there was a lot more to the world of diving and that I had only just scratched the surface of what was available to me. After being in the water in the UK
and the clear warm waters of Mexico I wanted more… Much more!
Upon my return from Mexico, I got back in contact with Paul and he put me together a package of courses that would lead me to Master Scuba Diver and so began the real Journey.
Over the season in 2023 I completed all my courses and earned the coveted rating of Master scuba diver; however this wasn’t enough for me!
I wanted more and so the option of PADI Dive Master was put in front of me and I took it with open arms, heading into the world of the dive professional.
Something changed in me during my Divemaster course not only as a diver, but as a person and I truly got an insight into the amount of time and work that the team at Bespoke put in to running the
club and creating truly great divers. I was inspired and found myself driven to give something back and help instil the passion that I had found within the sport to all that would come through the dive centre.
I Passed the Instructors exam in July 2024 and have found myself falling more and more in love with teaching people how to dive and bringing the joy of the underwater world to anyone who is
interested in learning.
Paul and the team have moulded me into something that I am truly proud of, and I have gained not only an amazing group of friends but an extended family in Bespoke.
I look forward to developing as a dive professional and I am sure there are many great experiences to come.
